SOD is a great way for us to show people the ranch and the lifestyle it offers to the people who are not able to enjoy the outdoors daily. The Iodence Ranch is blessed to have the Niobrara River run down the center of the ranch. The hunting, fishing and camping is unique because it is based around the river.We are a proud member of the NRA, Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
As a family owned and operated business, the ranch business and SOD are both ran from our residence, which is on the ranch, so we do not have standard business hours as we can be reached anytime if we are available. Our address is 130 Old Dunlap Rd., Hemingford, NE 69348. The ranch is located just 30 miles south of Chadron, NE, 30 miles north of Alliance, NE, and 17 miles NE of Hemingford, NE.

HUNTINGNebraska Prairie Dog HuntingHunting packages available for a minimum of two hunters per hunt. Hunts include whitetail deer, instate antelope, turkey, pheasant, waterfowl and prairie dogs. All board and meals provided.

FISHINGLake Happold is a perfect sized lake for family use. It is stocked with large mouth bass, bluegill, catfish and northern pike that find their way down the
Niobrara River from Box Butte Reservoir. |

CAMPINGSOD will furnish tents/cots for camping, or bring your own. RV hookups with water, electricity and shower/toilet facilities for your use. The SOD house offers a covered location for eating, and a deck overlooking the lake for relaxation. A grill and refrigerator are provided for food preparation and a fire pit is provided for evening entertainment.

Carol'S Chocolate LabsCarol's Chocolate Labs offers you a chance at your next best friend and hunting partner. AKC Chocolate Labs born each spring, for sale each summer and are almost always sold out before they are born. 2017 pricing is $800 for male or female. You will need to book America's most popular dog in advance, and a deposit is required.
